“Children are the future.” This is a phrase we hear all the time, and we believe it is true. At iheartchildren.com, there is a belief that if we teach our children to love themselves because they are unique, amazing creations of God, they will grow up with a love for the world. They will then take that relationship of Love out into the world and bring humankind closer to the Kingdom of God through peace. Our hope for this website is that it will serve as a tool for your ministry. It will bring you new ideas, new curriculum, new activities, new special events, new ways of teaching, new children’s sermons, and great resources for you to use to grow Children’s Ministry.

Meet Brittany Sky:
It is funny to think that when I first felt a call in my heart to ministry, I was in high school. I laughed and thought, “No thanks,” only to then receive a scholarship to Oklahoma City University to be a student in the Religion school. I laughed again and said, “Fine I will go to school and study Religion but that doesn’t mean anything.” I was just a Religion major when I took a Children’s Ministries class, and that was when I fell in love with Religious Education. I was hired for a Children’s Ministries Internship and that was when I knew that I was in the right place. I graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelors Degree in Religious Education, and am currently working as the Director of Children’s Ministries at a church in Oklahoma.

I am very passionate about my work in Children’s Ministries and I am so excited to share my experiences with you!
